* WHAT...Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, with localized
  amounts up to 4 inches, and ice accumulations of around two 
  tenths are expected.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will be reduced in snow and 
  fog. The Mauna Kea access road is closed to the public. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
